Ar. Nithin Thomas Alex graduated in Architecture from the University of Calicut and has 7 years of professional experience in the field. He volunteered at the Centre of Science and Technology for Rural Development (COSTFORD) and the Laurie Baker Centre for Habitat Studies, gaining exposure to sustainable and cost-effective building practices. He has also worked as an Architect at JSW One Homes and served as a Livpreneur (Partner Consultant) at Livspace, gaining experience in residential design and home interior solutions. He co-founded Tropical Axiom. 

Er. Anoop N J is a Civil Engineering professional with 4 years of experience as a Lab Instructor at Holy Grace Polytechnic College, Mala. An AutoCAD expert, he brings strong technical accuracy and drafting support to Tropical Axiom’s design and execution team. 

Ar. Akash S graduated in Architecture from IES College of Architecture, Thrissur, securing the position of Academic Topper and achieving University 4th Rank.

Er. Sagaradas M. P graduated in Civil Engineering from Thejus Engineering College, Thrissur, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Computational Engineering at Ruhr University Bochum, Germany. She contributes her technical expertise and engineering knowledge to the firm.

The firm's statutory and regulatory compliance functions are overseen by CA Ashok K S in an independent consultancy capacity. The engagement includes taxation, financial reporting, and governance advisory, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while maintaining strong financial controls and transparency.
